Refund policy

For quality and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products, including matcha and hojicha powder, once they have left our care. This ensures that every customer receives tea that is fresh, uncompromised, and handled with the highest standards of quality.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@enjoyemeri.com within 7 days of receiving your item, including your Order # and a description (with photos, if possible). Our team will gladly provide a refund or replacement for damaged items so you can enjoy your tea experience. 

Please note:

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: Gift cards, discounted/sale items, and accessories (including whisks, scoops, bowls, sieves, and gift sets) are all final sale.
  • Refund Timing: Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear.
