Due to unforeseen ongoing weather conditions across parts of Canada and the United States, some shipments may experience delays while in transit. Even if your local area is not directly impacted, packages may still be affected depending on their delivery route.

For Canadian customers: Weather-related service interruptions have been reported in parts of British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and the Prairies due to flooding, snow accumulation, freezing rain, and winter storm conditions. Some regions may see slower-than-usual delivery while conditions improve and routes reopen safely.

For our U.S. customers: Severe weather is currently affecting parts of the Pacific Northwest and several central and eastern regions of the U.S. This includes flooding in the Northwest and winter storms across portions of the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and the Northeast. As a result, processing and transportation times may be temporarily paused or delayed for affected routes.
