Passion Fruit Matcha Spritz

  1. Scoop the passion fruit: Cut open your passion fruits and scoop the pulp (seeds and all) directly into the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add ice: Fill the glass with ice to chill things down and prep it for the fizz.
  3. Pour the bubbles: Slowly top the glass with sparkling water, leaving a bit of room at the top for the matcha layer.
  4. Whisk the matcha: In a separate bowl or matcha whisking cup, whisk 4g of matcha with 60ml of warm water until smooth and frothy.
  5. Top it off: Gently pour the matcha over the sparkling water to create a vibrant layered look.
  6. Stir: Stir it up for a blended taste, or leave it layered and sip through the flavors as they mix naturally.
